🛒 1. Ordering Process
- Customers can place an order by submitting a clear photo, selecting the desired paper size (e.g., A4, A3), and confirming delivery and payment details.
- Orders are confirmed only after full or agreed-upon advance payment is received.
- The sketching process begins once the final photo and payment are received.
🖼️ 2. Artwork and Personalization
- All artworks are 100% handmade using graphite pencils on high-quality drawing paper.
- The final sketch is based solely on the photo provided by the customer. Please ensure the image is clear, well-lit, and has visible facial features.
- Any requests for changes or personalization must be made before the sketching process begins.
💳 3. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are stated clearly on the website or communicated directly via WhatsApp/email.
- All payments are collected through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay or via UPI/Bank Transfer.
- No refunds will be provided once the sketching process has started.
📦 4. Delivery and Shipping
- Physical sketches are shipped via trusted courier partners to the address provided by the customer.
- Delivery timelines are usually 3–10 business days, depending on the location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the sketch is dispatched.
📧 5. Image Usage and Copyright
- Photos provided by customers are used strictly for creating the sketch and will not be shared or published without written permission.
- The final artwork remains the intellectual property of Amit Sharma, unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to display completed sketches on our portfolio or social media only after getting consent from the customer.
🔁 6. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
- Since each sketch is custom-made, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged.
- In case of damage during delivery, the customer must report the issue with photo proof within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- A free replacement will be provided if the damage is verified.
⚠️ 7. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must provide accurate shipping details and a high-quality reference photo.
- Any errors in the final artwork due to a low-quality image are not the responsibility of the artist.

- All personal data, images, and contact information are kept private and secure as per our Privacy Policy.
